Super beautiful, solid and extremely well packed. The toilet. has great options for water use and is comfortable, quiet and flushes forcefully. The Assembly was easy, but the unit is quite solid and heavy.The wonderful thing is the 21 inch height is wonderful and there are no more issues getting up. The plastic seat is good but I will replace with wooden one in near future.My next review will be in 6 months!

This extra high toilet is so much more comfortable for me since I have had a hip replacement and knee problems!

The media could not be loaded. Wow, this toilet has a very strong and fast flush. The tank is a lot slimmer than my old toilet. It's height is wonderful too. The quality is very good and it's very nice looking.This is a great size for a small or large bath. My bathroom is small, but getting rid of my old traditional toiler gave me close to 6" of more space on the surrounding walls. My husband and I are gettingolder and this taller height toilet is great as we become mobility impaired due to age. Great value for the price, I am buying another one for my other bathroom. Can't wait to open up space in there too.

This toilet is amazing sturdy and the build quality is suburb. The push button flush assembly is the best thing I’ve seen on a modern toilet. The soft close seat is comfortable. NOTE: I did not use the included wax ring. Rather, I used the One-n-Done non-wax ring! The manufacturer does not include one, with the toilet.I went with a braided line, acquired at LOWES, and I’m glad I picked up a 20” line, since the water toilet water supply spigot was lower on the wall, and the toilet is 21” tall.

The toilet itself is good. Probably 5 star good. It deserves 2 stars for:1- Amazon's delivery. They dropped the toilet a good 3 feet to the ground. Thank goodness the foam held and the toilet didn't crack when it hit the ground.2- The price. This exact toilet is carried in one of the big box stores for $130 less. I feel cheated.3- The instructions need help. I've never had trouble installing toilets in the past as the process is so simple, but this toilet is a bit different than any other I have installed (like the flush mechanism), so I relied on the instructions instead of winging it. To start with, the instructions are small, but more importantly, the parts don't match the image in the instructions. We had to backtrack a few times before we got it all installed.4- I have a concern about finding replacement parts.All that said, now that it is installed, I'm happy with the toilet itself. It works well.

Very easy to install. Dual flush works perfectly and is very powerful. Arrived within 4-5 days. Overall, very happy with the purchase. Wished I had purchased sooner.

Comfy - love the height. But not for short people.
