First off, wearing them feels incredibly soft and comfortable.And they blend seamlessly with my NIKE shoes, which is a huge plus for me. And can we talk about the height boost they provide? It's remarkable! Not only do they alleviate any leg length discrepancy I have, but they also do wonders for my confidence, making my legs appear longer and giving my overall silhouette a sleeker look, especially when I'm wearing pants. I brought these gel soles to put in my shoes that were flat sole. The gel sole give a nice raise. They are soft and fit great makes my shoes comfortable.

Get the smallest heel.You’ll see what I mean. They are perfect in every way. Memory gem foam. Not obvious. Can wear them the whole night. These are truly awesome and deserve more credit and marketing. Best 13 dollars I’ve spent since 2013.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I appreciated these insoles. Honestly, I didn't expect a simple insert to impact my day-to-day comfort as much as these did. I have a bit of a leg length discrepancy which, until now, I just tried to ignore because it didn't seem like a big deal. However, these insoles have made such a difference. They stay in place in any shoe I've tried them in, from my daily sneakers to my nicer boots I wear out to dinner. The honeycomb design, which I initially thought was just decorative, actually helps with shock absorption, and I've noticed less strain on my Achilles tendon, something I didn't even realize was a problem before. Totally worth it and wouldn't want to live without these now!

I really like to wear this height increase insole. It’s incredibly soft, with a silicone base and a wool-like top layer that feels very comfortable underfoot. It not only relieves my fatigue but also adds to my height. The insole has a slightly sticky back, ensuring it stays in place without shifting, making it very comfortable to wear. It’s versatile enough for different types of shoes, and after over a month of use, it hasn’t deformed or sunk in, looks it is high quality designed and durable.

I bought 1" lifts, to put in one shoe, because one leg is 1" shorter than the other and I was having hip pain when walking. While the 1" lift seems to have helped with the hip pain I am seeing lots of information online that you shouldn't use 1" lifts - I've seen infromation that says not to exceed 1 cm and also other sites that say not to exceed 3/8 inch maximum inside the shoe. If you need more than that it is recommended that you have to build up the bottom of the shoe. While it helped the hip I don't know what the impacts are to other body parts having the heel lifted up 1". I suggest you check with a Dr before trying.

First the good... this product definitely increases your height if that is what you are purchasing it for. It is not uncomfortable, and the material that it is made from allows for enough compression to where you don't feel like you are standing on a block of wood.Now the bad... and this really isn't too bad. If you put these in shoes that are low profile then there is a chance that your foot will slip out of your shoe because this product elevates your foot to a height that does not allow your foot to sit snugly in your shoe. If you were wearing boots for example this would not be such an issue, but my first trial of this product was in dress shoes, and then when I was walking down the stairs my foot nearly slipped out with every step I took.I want to like this product, but as with most things, there are limitations. Please keep the above as a guide if you purchase this product.
