Terrible product - went in the bin within 3 days
I ordered this initially for my son to use while gaming. I also game and played with him - there was terrible sound quality coming from his headset. I swapped to diagnose issues, so I used this headset too.If the volume is turned up to full, it actually turns the sound OFF. If it is less than full it is too quiet to hear anything. Even if you are literally eating the microphone, people the other end cannot hear what you say clearly.Awful awful product.

One of the ear bits stopped working all of a sudden
The headset is what I expected but it stopped working after 2 weeks after receiving, one ear stopped working all of a sudden so I’m abit disappointed

Garbage, it has two separate Jack's. One for the Sound and one for the Mic, what's the point!? Which PlayStation or Xbox controllers have two Jack inputs?........neither of them. Very let down and so was my partners son when he coudlnt use them.
