2 x 40W E14 Cooker Hood Oven Appliance Lamp Bulb, Clear 220V - 240V, T25

Our cooker hood is about 17 years old now and I felt sure that these replacement lamps would be no longer available having been replaced by modern LED lamps or suchlike.And these modern equivalents are indeed available - at roughly twice the price of the originals. I can understand that as they offer a much longer lifespan. However, the originals lasted for 17 years and I'm 80 years old! I think these will do!This is why I have not rated longevity. WAY too soon to have any idea!

So the first time i used these, they were great! Was nice seeing what i cook for a change as i got used to cooking in shadows however on their second use they blew and took the fuse for my whole hood with it. Cost me more than double the lights to fix my hood so id definitely say no to a recommendation

I bought 2 packets of 2 oven bulbs because it worked out cheaper to do so ,unfortunately one of the 1st bulbs I tried to use I could not screw in on looking why the bayonet was bent so it was unusable! Because I paid a little less than £10 it wasn’t worth my time & effort to return.

These seem to be quite hard to find these days, so more than happy to find these on here, and at a decent price.Now we can finally see what we are cooking again, which is handy as hot, battered slippers were becoming a tired staple on a Tuesday night in our house!

Two lamps that greatly brightened our cooker.Easy to install - the advertising was clear to make sure that they were the correct type.Reasonably priced, just what we wanted.As they are only recently installed I can't comment on longevity.

I wasn't sure if i'd bought the correct ones. But they fit and work. They came packaged nicely, no breakages. As for life expectancy cant really say as it's only been 2 days!.Edit: today is 9/5/22 and they are dead. Literally lasted couple of months. Now have to buy another pair as BOTH lights have died at the exact same time!!

This was a perfect replacement for my cooker hood bulb. Good price compared to others and does the job, on arrival one bulb was broken so i email them and they got straight back and send another one out arrived no problem i would use them again highly recommended, thanks

Ordered through Amazon. These are great and very sturdy as our postman unknowingly put them through a high window and they dropped onto the floor. I felt sure they would have broken but luckily they were well packaged and fine.
