Work great and taste good
These were great tasting, and give plenty of energy with no crash. I have not done it yet, but I’m sure these would be good frozen. I will buy these again.!

Do not buy omg I had this on my run today and luckily I still had some electrolytes to wash to horrific taste out of my mouth complete waste of money

It works great for the right activity.
The watermelon one is the worst tasting one. That being said. If you’re going for a long strenuous hike -amazing! Took one before Sitton peak and the first 2 miles were cake . Do not take one on empty stomach or if you’re just sitting around not doing anything for a few hours .
