Perfect, Beautiful Solution for a Mirror
We had our bathroom remodeled but did not want to spend the money to have the mirror replaced. When the contractor painted the frame, they couldn't remove the blue tape stuck between the mirror and the border. The moulding however covered up everything and it adhered very well to the mirror. You would never know it was an add-on. The adhesive is very strong. Make sure you've got it precisely cut before you apply it. I recommend using a straight edge with an exacto blade for cutting. It makes the task way easier. If you try to readjust the moulding once it has been adhered, it will not stick as well.

Easy to Use
Looks great and easy to install. Remains to be seen how well the adhesive holds!

Excellent
Worked perfectly as the chair rail I wanted it for, adherence is good. No problems, easy to cut, easy to use. Highly recommend.

Measure twice and cut once and be sure your ready to apply
Very realistic looking compared to wood. Viewers really can't tell its not wood. The adhesive is so strong on the back that I may be able to hang from it without it moving and I'm 190 lbs. I was applying it to the top of one wallpaper meeting another. Once on the wall it's over and done. I couldn't budge it which made for some frustration because to my eye it wasn't perfect in the level department. Any span of space it would be much easier with 2 people.

Ease to Use? Yes. Stays in Place? Nope.
I was looking for an easier solution than traditional molding. At first, I thought I had the "wrong walls". I tried adding additional glue when the first strips fell. I'd secure the strips with Painters Tape in an attempt to give the adhesive time to cure. I'd take up each morning to a new piece having hit the floor. I used it in two different rooms -- both failed. Four months in, and pieces are still peeling and falling to the floor. I'm not sure what is a good use case for this product.
