What I like about this vitamin complex is that it has minimal amounts of other ingredients, including additives, synthetic sweeteners, and artificial coloring. Also, It didn’t bother me when I took on empty stomach. I recommend it.

I'm pretty big on daily dosing on B Complex which has seemed to make a notible difference in my mental clarity and energy levels. I was looking for a multivitamin which would reduce the number of pills I take as I do seem to have some stomach issues when I take a number of supplements at once. I'm also pill lazy and hate breaking them up over the day.Pros:This offers a nice mixed variety of potential energy producing support with 150mgs Vit C, 100mgs Thiamin, 100mgs of Vit B2, 20mgs as Niacin, 30mgs of Vit B6, 1190mcg DFE of Folate, 2000mcgs of B12, 1000mcgs of Biotin, 100mgs of Pantothenic acid, 100mgs of Choline, and 150mgs Inositol.2 capsules per dose with 30 servings per container. Good solid 1 month supply.About a 2 year shelf life.GMP certified, gluten free, vegan friendly, non GMO and made in the USA.Cons:I do wonder how bioavailable this is. Uptake is often gauged by how much you pee out, and while I know that with such a high dose of B Complex you are going to shed some excess, this product makes my urine bright yellow.These pills are fairly large and may be difficult for some to take.Easy to open bottle is not child safe. Cap does not lock so keep away from small fingers.These DID upset my empty stomach, which if fairly common for me with B vitamins, but is worth noting. Take with food (which you should with vitamins regardless).While I did notice some energy improvement, I was not real thrilled by the bright yellow urine (I have other B vitamin supplements that don't do this which I respond well too) or the size of the pills. Overall, however, this is not a bad product that does offer a variety of supplements in combined pill. (Just make sure you aren't doubling with a multi vitamin.) At the present price of $17.90 this looks to be on the slightly high end of fair market value.

The B-vitamin formulation is comprehensive. It includes folate, which was considered a b-vitamin, and vitamin C. I am curious to know if there is some kind of synergy between the C and B vitamins. Regardless, all the essential b-vitamins seem to be included in this compound, which makes for a convenient, one capsule, supplement that covers all the bases. An excellent addition to any daily vitamin and supplement stack.

I have been taking for a week and have not noticed a significant difference but I want to give it a full month before I give up. I need all the energy.

It's always really hard to do reviews for vitamins, because what works for some people doesn't do squat for others. For me, I do notice a measurable difference in my energy levels throughout the day. Does that come from the vitamin, or am I maybe sleeping differently? Who knows! But since I started taking these, I feel better, so until I have a hint that it's something else, I will say it's this vitamin. I have taken B12 before, but never a B-complex, so it could be all the other B's that I've suddenly included in my daily intake. For the price, try it out once and see if it works. If it doesn't, well it was only the cost of a couple coffees or energy drinks.

Others may not have experienced this, but I noticed two things that bring me to an unfavorable review. The first is the capsules were noticeable in my stomach. It's not that I had a stomach ache, but it felt like I had to digest them. Also I urine was bright yellow, which is generally a sign that the vitamins did not absorb into my system, but were simply peed out.I think for the price, one is better off shopping elsewhere.
