Very enjoyable
Very enjoyableStories About What's Important In Life by Sophia A. Ritter. A children's fiction book with very cute black and white illustrations. It is divided into ten chapters, very well designed and with lots of adventure and excitement. On the other hand, the book is also available in audiobook completely free. Our main characters are Oscar, Bubba the dog, Luna the cat, Emma, Dad, Mom and others. Ritter gives us a drawing of each of the characters. The fundamental part of this book is the relationship of the siblings, each with different personalities. It gives an excellent lesson of tolerance, respect, and above all, showing us the most important things in life. That's right. My three favorite chapters are: Chapter Four (The Enchanted Afternoon), Chapter Six (The Tower of Hope), and Chapter Nine (Oscar's Sharing Adventure).Recommended

A great book about life lessons.
This is a fantastic book for kids to learn about what’s important in life. Some lessons include love, forgiveness, and compassion. This book contains ten stories that are easy to read and are entertaining. The illustrations in this book are also adorable. My favorite story in this book is Sticking with Love, which is about a little girl who puts shiny heart stickers all over the things she loves, like the front door, her cat, and the cookies her mom made. When her grandma comes over, Emma puts a sticker on her and then grandma brings it to her attention that she can love many things, but some things may mean more to her than others. This is when she realizes she loves her family more than anything and puts heart stickers on her mom and dad and her older brother Oscar.Parents will enjoy reading this book with their children and engaging in conversations with them. As a former daycare teacher, I would highly recommend this book to my former coworkers for their classrooms.

Good discussion starters
The stories are centered on one family and teach about sharing, gratitude, empathy, etc. They can be good discussion starters. It's a good book for reading to your children. The text is too dense for them to read themselves. There are one or two pictures per story, and they are very good black-and-white hand-drawn illustrations.

Great lessons to be learned
The topics approached by the book are great, and I like how the author uses daily situations to teach kids how to handle their emotions. I like that Ritter dedicates the end of each chapter to engaging the readers in discussion. However, I do think there is a mismatch between the language and vocabulary used and the pictures. The pictures seem suited for children aged 4-7, but the vocabulary is more appropriate for older kids.

Fantastic Relatable and Educational
I have a almost 4, 6 and 8 year old and they all sat and listened two the first four stories tonight and they loved it. The stories are so relatable for them and the first in particular had them laughing because the character was putting heart stickers everywhere, something my 6 year old daughter would do. Thank you for this wonderful collection Sophia. My children are eager to hear the rest. We're so grateful it came with audio too as that is our preferred way to have story time at night. I will also be using these stories to get my children reading even more.
