I got these for my boyfriend’s mom for Christmas and she LOVES them. I did a thorough examination before giving them to her, but obviously didn’t use them so here’s what I observed and what she told me. I observed that it did seem like handle went all the way through the handle. They were a very decent weight that fit very well in the hand. That looked beautiful, and even though the Damascus steel look is over-done in the photos online, they still have a beautiful look in person (I wish I took pictures before I gave them to her so I could post them, so I’m sorry). She told me she loves them. Apparently they are very comfortable to use, and they keep their sharpness for a long time.

Well balanced, full tang, feels good in your hand, let’s you index your finger easily, handle is smooth and sturdy. Sliced sirloin like it was nothing, with one pass, no sawing back and forth was necessary. Beautiful Damascus blade. Very, very sharp…I stabbed my finger, barely touching the point, as I was trying to put the point protector back on, which came with each of the 6 knives I bought, and in nice sturdy box. I would recommend ONLY hand-washing them. And they were very affordable, especially since there was a coupon on it, as well as some Amazon points taking off a bit more. I’m very satisfied and so is my husband, who will use them even more than me.

I’m picky about knife quality. I wanted full tang, non-serrated, and dishwasher safe steak knives at a value price. These hit the mark. They came quite sharp, nice even edge bevel. I didn’t do a paper test as I might with an EDC knife, because they’re kitchen knives and I’m not in there slicing paper every day. Hefty but very comfortable feel in my small hands, usability is great. Steak knives in my kitchen double as food utility/paring/bit of everything knives. We’ve put them through the dishwasher a few times and they’re still looking handsome, no hints of rust spots or handles cracking. We’ve had a few steak and pork chop dinners with them, they cut meat just beautifully. I’ve also cut a ton of peaches, trimmed raw meat, opened some tough plastic food packaging, made cracker cuts of hard cheeses off the block- all worked great. Yes, the printing on the blade looks less than ideal, yes of course the “Damascus” folds are fake and etched in- I don’t really care about these features (the “Damascus” texturing seems to help food not to stick to the blade though, which is an unexpected perk). I think with coupons and sales I paid $37 for 6 knives- Fantastic value for this price. I expect them to give many years of good use.

I purchased the knives at a discount on Amazon. I’d already purchased Knives before from my private dealer that I was very satisfied with that were similar in nature to these. These meet or exceeded my expectations as far as steak knives go. They could and did get a good sharpening when I received them to make sure that they were honed to a fine edge. The knives are dishwasher safe and have stayed sharp through minimal use so far. I would buy them again at the price point they were offered to me. I saw photos of the order from another buyer where the composite handles were cracked when arrived. These were not cracked and were intact and of good nature Out of the box. I am very happy with my purchase.

Had our first steak dinner with the knives. The knife is very sharp and cut through the steak with no issues. It feels like a quality knife with good weight and balance. The branding information on one side of the blade is obvious but doesn't bother me in using the utensil. The etched writing could be smaller or less obvious for some clients. Will see how long the sharpness lasts on the knives. I did purchase a wooden block for six knives and wish it came with one; even if it added to the cost.

Well made and attractive... Knife edge holds up well.... Feels good in the hand... I haven't had any rust issues because I wash my knives in the sink and dry them immediately...

For the price paid, these steak knives are impressive. I bought them to go with a full set of Wustoff kitchen knives. These steak knives are high carbon stainless, three rivets with full tang and black handles. Great value.

Good value for the price! They look nice and have been dishwasher safe! Comfortable to use as well.
