These were to use during practice because we did not want to tear up the ones for recital. They color was beautiful, but the wood part was not very smooth and almost felt like it could give you a splinter.

I think it is an excellent product for the price. There is some fraying to the fabric but it is perfect for dance and super attractive colors. I was hoping to find something that looked like flames. Examining the wooden body of the fan it looked strong enough to hold up for our elementary music program. Much cheaper than trying to fashion this dance prop by hand. Colors are stunning.

These are great for the price point, but up close look a little rough.

These were perfect for our price range at the time. We were starting a worship dance team with some of the youth at my church, and these were used in their first dance. I quickly saw fraying after using one for only five minutes, so I decided to hem the edges with a sewing machine to increase the longevity of these flags. I didn’t do a fancy stitch, I just went across each edge and it is still intact today. I was surprised that none of them broke. It feels kind of flimsy, but still a good deal for the price. However, after very aggressive and long use, not a single flag is damaged and they are still just as beautiful as when I got them well over a year ago!

I disliked the item because it looked as if a 2nd grader made it. It was terrible. It looked so bad Amazon didn't even ask me to send it back.

I was so excited until I opened them up. The edges of the fabric are horrible. Looked so pretty in the video and pics compared to what was received.

The media could not be loaded.  I was searching for a Chinese dance fan with medium length veil. Searched high and low and couldn't find one. This fan caught my eye with its low price. I thought I'd give it a try. I was planning on cutting off the extra length because it really more than I needed. It arrived pretty quickly and I was very happy with the vibrant color and sturdy build. It's a little bit heavy, hence the 1 less star. Other than that, it's a very nice fan. After shaking it, waving it, and spinning with it, it held up very well. I might just keep it the way it is.
