Bad lot or changed recipe
Normally this product smells great and the texture of the conditioner is thick and leaves my hair feeling soft. This lot "Lot22619LYA" is either a bad mix or they changed their recipe. The scent smells bad, like cat pee, the texture of the conditioner is really liquidy and leaves my hair limp and straw like. Its gross. Would love an answer of what the heck happened. For 6 years this was my go-to conditioner and now I have to switch to something else.

Not sure what happened, if this was just old or if i got a fake but this stuff made my hair feel damaged and stretchy as if i had bleached it. i went through 3 large handfuls of it trying to untangle my hair in the shower before i gave up and rinsed it to use my wife's conditioner instead which instantly untangled it. Normally i love this brand but this stuff will wreck your hair.

Bad quality, did not smell good
I've used this product for years and couldn't find in the store anywhere...I was so excited to find on Amazon. Unfortunately after receiving I am certain this was either old or tampered with. The product had barely any smell and the conditioner left my hair heavy and weighted down. Certainly not the same quality as the OGX I used to purchase.

Lawsuit
I just found out there is a lawsuit pending on this product and many other OHX products for containing toxic chemicals. I have not opened or used any of it yet, but my return window is closed. I would like to be reimbursed since I obviously cannot use it.

Quality
This is horrible it made my hair greasy I had to rewash it. I don't understand why but I would not recommend it. Doesn't smell good either

Smell amazing
I love cherry blossoms. And I use this product forever with different small because at my local supermarket you can't get the special smells. When I found out that this bran has cherry blossom I bought immediately and I love it. I buying this product again today (two months after).

Horrible
Got a refund. Scent was off, smelled horrible. Also, did not make my hair feel soft/moisturized at all, but rather straw-like and stiff. Not good. Possibly old?? Not sure what happened?!?!

Not as silky as I would like...
It smells Ok. The main issue is that it doesn't feel like it nurtures or conditions my hair very well. In all fairness, it's not that expensive so you really do get what you pay for.
