Waste of money.
Was really excited to try this, the texture of the oil does not mix in with tea/coffee food ect. Every time I took this it gave me really bad stomach cramps,(I've had 3 babys and the pain was worse than labour!) I wouldnt recommend, it doesn't help loose weight, I've not felt any different in my energy levels, doesn't make you feel full, I tried for a few weeks no diffrence, now I've stopped taken it I dint have stomach cramps and I enjoy my exercise again.
