Q: Does it stick to a magnet?

I am nervous about why you are asking that. If you are trying to use a magnet to mount it for storage, yes a magnet should stick. Their products are steel, bonded with aluminum and coated in clear silicone to make it durably non-stick. If you are asking because you are thinking of using this as a griddle on an induction plate DO NOT DO THAT. You will destroy the silicone, expose the aluminum, and ruin the pan. This is a baking sheet, not a frying pan.
