When I first go the mitts, I mistakenly thought that one of the gloves side has split and reported it to the vendor. Having had time to compare the left and right mittens, I see that the split is on purpose and part of the design. Having used it on my yellow lab and the blue heeler, I am here to tell you that it removes the extra hair, good for the wife, less work. The dogs like it and insist on more stroking. I recommended the gloves, highly, they are confortable and easy on the owner and the dog. Sorry about the hiccup, my bad, should have taken more time examining them. Oscar Ramer

I got a tennis ball size of fur from a cat!!! I’m sure I will get the same amount again tomorrow. If you look at the picture I posted you can judge for yourself if they deserve a five star rating.The gloves are a bit small for me but I have big hands. They still worked so I won’t dock any stars.

I know this looks weird. I know it looks like it is going to come to life on its own and start dancing with it's mate around the room. Ignore all that and focus on what this CAN do for you and your pets. I have 3 cats and all of them shed. One of them is my sweet little kitty who sheds buckets of black fur all over the house. It comes off her in clouds. She is also very skittish and runs away from anything "scary", which means anything new. I have tried brushing her with a regular cat brush, but it freaks her out. I had to look for another solution and that's when I found the Grooming Glove. I put it on my right hand (it comes with a left and a right glove) and once she got over the intense blueness, she let me stroke her with it. Wow - the hair came off so easily! She loved the attention and I have less fur in the house.

I got a new cat from the shelter that probably had not been brushed in years.So I got these to help remove layers of old hair and these gloves really helped. Plus my cat loved having his body scratched from head to toe.Good product. Highly recommend.

These were exactly what I needed for my Zoey! She has straight wire hair that her brush just didn't do the trick with. These gloves turned a 20 minute job into a 5 minute job with easy removal from the gloves as well!

I had originally purchased the As Seen on TV one glove package. It worked great, but unfortunately my cat discovered how chewy the plastic was, and pretty much knawed off one of the fingers, so I needed to replace it. I bought these thinking it would be nice to have two of them. However, the quality is far below the quality of the first one that I had. Also, the glove runs shorter so the stiff Velcro around the wrist rubs more where my wrist bends, rather than above it, so it hurts when I move my hand. It is sized poorly. While it is shorter overall, the fingers and the hand are too wide, so it moves around on my hand when I am trying to brush my cat. It's kind of hard to brush my cat when I'm causing pain every time I move my hand, and the glove keeps slipping around as well. I think my cat doesn't like it as well either. He loved getting brushed with the first glove, but he won't let me get near him with these. I agree with others that the concept is good, as I have witnessed it with a different brand. But this brand does not come through, both in quality and design. I wish I had read more of the negative reviews before I bought these.

Our cat loves being groomed with these gloves, they remove so much hair she has not thrown up a hairball since we got them, we are all very happy with them!

Cheaply made. The seams ripped the first time I put them on. I have very small wrists and hands. I ordered these because I thought they would be better than the ones at the dollar store.
