I used these as soon as the package arrived. I decided to try with oil and water. The smaller ones don’t seem to be as strong in suction power but I was able to use them on my eyebrow and temple. I used the larger size on my back and things and oh my did they grip my back. It started hurting quickly but I held out for the benefits. I would love to do suction sessions in a shorter time span but with only one large ones, it would be time consuming so I suction one part and move about the house which may defeat the purpose. I wish more large ones came in the package.

I was excited to try these when I received them. Seen improvement around eyes and under the chin. Just use essential oil and keep moving at all times. Will bruise skin if left in one place for too long.

I use this project with a cellulite burning cream and it works well together, especially the bigger cups work very well!

Excellent products, good quality, everything was included. It’s my first time to do face cupping therapy, after using my face feels plump ! The cups are easy to use and clean, looks good so far. It would be perfect if it were a little bit cheaper! 😄
