I ordered this to make homemade sourdough bread and it is exactly what I needed. The silicone bowl is easy to wash in the dishwasher and the perfect size. I like how the bowl can be folded to take up less space. The accessories included are a good value and will be perfect for making the sourdough look nice. There are a few instructions on the side of the box but if you make bread often you really don’t need them.

The other tools are super useful to have as well.Note: I’m new to bread making so I didn’t notice that this kit does not come with a sourdough starter jar. But since it doesn’t claim to, I still gave it 5 stars.

We love sourdough bread but never got around to actually making it at home. This product makes it so much easier to bake one. We tried making it as per instructions and it came out pretty good. The other nice part is that this can be collapsed to save space. Storage is typically a challenge otherwise.Love it. Highly recommended!
