Not bad but not great either. The largest kind of bended outward and I didn't even applied much force. White one works a bit better. Black one just scratches the surface but doesn't quite remove dead skin.

Soaked my feet, worked extensively on one with the file and compared. It was slightly softer. Honestly I feel like it works better when feet are dry. Not as intensive as I wanted it to be though.

I have purchased other foot rasps that worked much better than this one. It just wasn't particularly effective at removing the callouses. However, the double-sided foot file that was included did do a nice job of smoothing my feet.

It does what it's suppose to do.

Cheese grater or foot file? Regardless of what you call it, my feet are now fully filed and smooth. Love it.

The reason I bought this pair was for the larger of the two, black handled one that looks like a veggie grater. It was dented during manufacturing it seemed, as the metal plate with the grates was dented on one side, but was set into the plastic frame that way. Anyhow, I worked around that area, but it didn't actually shave any skin off that needed to come off. I'd used one other before and it worked so well that it prompted me to buy one. I didn't pay attention to the brand at the time or I would have purchased that exact one. Anyhow, I tried it with all varying pressures, in the shower, and right after the shower. It was of no value, sadly. The side kick, double sided file was indeed nice though and I still use that. That file works well when skin is soft just after shower or bath.

Its bigger than i expected . But over all good .
