This pillow is great!!! Have less headaches due to better neck alignment. Very supportive. Haven't noticed "cooling" feature so much but it is better than direct contact to memory foam which can retain body heat so I guess this can be considered a cooling feature. I got a bamboo and this one. Bamboo is SOOO small!! This is perfect size! Thank you Aohayo for not cheating out on the size!! This is a PILLOW not a head rest, YAH!! Have to get another one to replace the SMALL bamboo one because my husband and i are taking turns with yours!
