This was a great thing for walking/running. Keeps the hands free to pick up after your pet and also has a water bottle attached that is easy to get in and out of it's holding place. There is an elastic strap that holds the bottle in place so it doesn't fly out when you're running. The pouch holds not only your phone but has enough room for your keys and other small items that you might not want to leave in your car.

I like this until it start flopping open when I run. The Velcro isn’t strong enough. I may get a safety pin to fix it. :-(

The extra storage under the flap where the phone goes would be a good idea and all, but the flap is secured to the rest of the belt by two velcro discs in each corner and engineered to work on a flat surface. Belts were created to wrap around a cylindrical body so two weeks in, the velcro lost its grip and now the phone (which is far heavier than the plastic and nylon material of the belt) flaps and bounces horribly. Additionally, I have an iPhone 8 and it only fits in the zippered plastic sleeve area if you don't have headphones plugged in...but the belt was designed with a hole specifically for runners who still use headphones with a cord. I ran my first race and it messed up my entire cadence.

After loosing a lot of weight i began exercising on a regular bases. I’ve started with cardio and when I felt ready I started running, I love spending my money on Jym and exercise gadgets .This comes really handy when I run , I can place my iPhone, some credit card and a small towel . The water bottle is great , doesn’t leak and keeps me hydrated.Overall great product.

This is a great running belt, it fits everything you need - water bottle, keys and phone and it's so COMFORTABLE!i took it out this week for a few spins and was very pleased. just enough water to get me through.

Have been using this belt for some time now and I love it. It sits firmly on my waist and it’s very durable. It has many different compartments and all my stuff fits perfectly. I can reach my phone easily which is very important for me. Highly recommended!!!!!
