My mom only use the scooter once so far and she really enjoyed how it cruised! It was easy for her to handle!

First off, let me just say, this thing is easy to handle. I was able to operate it without much problem. It’s pretty durable as well. It held up like a champ even though it had been through some bumpy roads in my neighborhood. The build quality is solid, and I haven't noticed any signs of wear and tear. Also, the support was superb. I had a question about assembly when I first got my hands on it, and they were quick to lend a hand. Their response was prompt, friendly, and they walked me through everything step by step. Thank you.

I never got it to work! I couldn’t get the battery to charge, took it to a battery store they confirmed it was bad. Had to replace the 2 batteries it was $220. I had reached out to customer service and never got a response back. Very disappointed

After much discussion, we decided it was time to get my husband a powered scooter. Years of back and hip pain and multiple surgeries made walking just too difficult. After researching quite a bit online we opted for the Reyhee unit and have been very happy with our decision. We wanted something robust and durable and this scooter is just that. It feels well-built and the controls are easy to use. As others have mentioned it is heavy though that doesn't bother us because we were looking for something that will last a great while.

It works really well. The lights on the side were not hooked up properly. Had to have my personal mechanic fix it.I really think they should disclose the back up beeper had to have that disconnectedToo loud for an apartment building
