I have UC and use adalimumab!This was recommended by a coworker that uses insulin everyday and takes this to the office with his supplies. I tried another product for a 6 hours trip from Costa Rica to Virginia and didn’t give me any confidence on whether my medication was at the right temperature or not and didn’t feel as cold as this medication requires.On Jan, I had a trip from CR to Spain (14 hrs) and I needed to take my medication with me. This was super useful and easy to use! I was able to keep track of the temperature which gave me confidence that my medication was good and safe. Also, the fact that this is an actual case for it and fits in your backpack or bag, makes you feel relax about your medication being store properly.The only “problem”, at least for me, was that it did sweat a little bit so I had to wrap it in a towel so it wouldn’t wet other items I had in my backpack, but that easily gets fixed!

A friend showed me theirs, and I bought one for us. I don't regret it. We traveled to Europe for almost three weeks, and the flights were the longest period I would have to be without a refrigerator to keep my husband's medicine. This medication cooler can maintain the temperature for more than 14 hours. It's sturdy and can hold at least three pens and needles. It's a great purchase.

This is much better than a similar when I purchased a couple years ago. It keeps my medication at the right temperature for a longer period of time. And I love the temperature gauge.

Plenty of room for both medication and supplies, and I like that it has two ice packs to cool the center pouch evenly.

The cool packs work. It keeps the medicine cool for more than 24 hours. I like the color, since it's bright and easy to remember to take. I'm not a fan of the zippered lining and the additional pouch inside. Seems a little silly. I wish the inside was more water proof and that it would fit a snack bag of ice, for days when you can't freeze the cooler packs. It should be easier to get the cooler packs out without zippering. It is not for daily use or for people who travel a lot.
