Good wide umbrella
The case is a bit bulky, but it is worth it to have a larger sized compact umbrella. My wife and I both fit underneath, so no need to take two umbrellas on outings. The construction seems sturdy enough for the mild storms we get here in southern California. The collapsed size is good for carrying in a car or in hand if going in to work. Overall, we like it.

Works well
This umbrella works well and I like the width when it's open. It's wide enough to block the rain really well. It's really easy to open, but the handle can be a little hard to push down when you're collapsing it back down. Overall pretty decent quality.

Perfect travel umbrella to keep in your vehicle
The media could not be loaded. Living in the Pacific Northwest we know a lot about rain and yes, for the most part people don't use umbrellas. But there are those days when that lazy attitude will get you drenched. So, I've learned to keep one close at hand so I'm not competing in the Olympics to dash to the store without getting drenched. And if my wife is with me, then I need an umbrella that large enough for two people but not the unwieldy size of a golf umbrella. This umbrella is a really nice balance of value with well-thought features and size. Now, this is going to surprise you the first time you see it. That's because it's larger than the normal travel umbrellas you're used to. And it comes with a really nice (elegant) soft-sided case that is hard, yet flexible. The zipper is a good quality and it's a really nice touch for keeping your umbrella contained when not in use. I don't know how many umbrellas I've had that are rolling around in the car and when you grab them one of the spines catches on something and then you're bent your umbrella. So, kudos for the cool case.It does have a strong spring, which is why I included a short video of me opening and closing it with one hand while I film. I love the strong spring because that means if it's windy, I'm not fighting to get this thing open. It means that if there is a torrential downpour, the opening of this umbrella will disperse water quickly. Same for taking it down. When you come into a building, or before sitting in your car, simply press a button to quickly collapse the umbrella. Usually with enough force that it gets rid of the water on the umbrella. Easier and more effective than shaking your umbrella making a big mess or having it drip all over the interior of your car as you fight to take it down.It is larger than most travel umbrellas, but it's still compact in my opinion. I actually prefer this larger size compact umbrella because it can easily keep both me and my wife dry in the rain and that makes walking in the rain more enjoyable! I hate having to crowd two people under a tiny umbrella. Everybody's getting wet, especially if there is a wind, but this umbrella is perfectly sized and it holds up well in strong wind gusts and is literally a button push to take down. Definitely one of my favorite umbrellas. This is an easy recommendation to keep in your vehicle and would also make a great gift. The other unique feature that I haven't seen before is the safety reflective strip around the edge. I mean, think about it. You're using a black umbrella, usually in the winter or fall when it's dark and that reflective strip really helps drivers see you in the rain. Finally, the connectors are all plastic, which I prefer over the thin metal rivet connectors. These are plastic, but they are sturdy and thicker than the normal cheap steel connectors. They are more reliable when opening and collapsing. Overall, a lot of well-thought features in a compact, travel size.I always read the reviews before buying on Amazon and like you, I appreciate honest, thoughtful reviews that help me make an informed decision. I hope you find this review helpful!

Useful Inverted Umbrella
This is my first inverted umbrella but I like it! It opens well and I love having the case to keep it protected from damage if I tuck it into a bag or it rolls around on the floor of my car. The only thing I try to be cognizant of is not fully zipping it up in the case if it hasn't dried out because I don't want to cause any damage to the hardware if it sits wet.

Finally - a compact umbrella that opens to a large canopy!
I love the concept of compact travel umbrellas as you can stash them in your car, suitcase, or backpack and have one handy when you need it. However, most of them are quite small and barely open wide enough for 1 person - let alone 2 if you are with someone. This umbrella, however, opens into a large canopy that can accommodate two people walking together. Although the case is slightly larger than other travel umbrellas I own, it still fit well in my suitcase on a recent trip to Iceland and I was grateful to have it as it rained almost every day. The only other "nit-pick" I have is that it doesn't hold up to strong winds very well - but that is true for almost all travel umbrellas. Overall - if you are looking for a larger travel umbrella - I think this one is perfect!

A nice umbrella for a rainy day
We had lost our main, golf umbrella so I got this one as a temporary replacement. Although not as large as our previous umbrella, this one was surprisingly large for its compact folded up size. It has a premium feel and also comes with a very nice case though most of the time we don't end up using it to avoid a wet umbrella never drying. Very strong springs make it sometimes difficult to condense back down but they are welcome for a quick opening. Recommended for all.

Wonderful Umbrella
I love the design of the umbrella with its inverted fold. It felt very sturdy......like it would withstand wind very well, and its circumference meant it would protect well from the rain. But, before I got to actually use it in a rainstorm, it was lost. I took it with me on a week-long trip where rain was expected.....I couldn't find it the day it rained, and when I unpacked when I got home, it was still missing :-( I will probably order a new one, but I was bummed when it disappeared :-(

Great travel umbrella
This umbrella is sleek and is great for traveling, I love the case it comes with as it all fits nicely into a pack back or purse. It’s lightweight and easy to open, and retract.
