A bit noisy but effective. The least I want to buy quiet but ineffective unit. Its powerful and cools instantly. Very heavy but also quality wheels making moving it a cold breeze. Or hot. It has both functions. It also look surprisingly good. It seems to be a money well spent which is often not the case. So, cooler heater dehumidifier and fan in one. A useful addition

Got this after sending back an ineffective unit from a different brand. This one seems very good. It is bulkier than I expected but feels like a high quality product and is easily wheeled around when required. I had to get an insulation kit for the hose which got very hot but it definitely cools my room, which is about 32m2 with average ceiling height.Last few days during the heatwave in the UK, I've been running it in fan mode until the temperature gets to about 29, at which point I closed my windows and used the cooling mode. It only takes a few minutes to feel the difference which is very nice.First time using it, it was very loud but that settled down after a couple of days and can now comfortably watch tv or have conversations while it's running. It's about 55-58db at 2m distance

Have only used it for one day so far, it definitely cools a room quickly and have a lot of power however, the reviews about the volume being loud are right! It’s incredibly loud! It’s easy to use and hopefully with the timer setting I can avoid trying to sleep with it on and sounding like a jet engine! It’s quite heavy but the way it was packaged allowed me to set it up easily I did expect it to be smaller but it’s not so large that it’s inconvenient. I do wish the hose was longer as I can’t really move it more than 2ft from the window and I wish you could select your window type as the sealing plate is incompatible for all of my windows

One of the 3 tabs on the hose connector arrived completely broken off, reported 13/03/2025 promised replacement part yet not received 17/06/2025. This 13000 BTU unit is larger than expected. One thing I noticed on their Amazon site is that every unit, no matter if it was 7000 BTU or 13000 BTU all had the same dimensions and 20Kg weight listed?? I'm sure this one is heavier? Gave it a quick run to check that it works. You can choose to cool down to 16C. It blows out of the top and can be fixed or as a swing vent. It also has a heat setting? There's a dehumidify setting (but I have a proper unit for that.) You would need to set it on a plinth for the hose to drain it into a bowl etc?? Noise is comparable to my old 10kBTU unit. The window adaptor is only useful for casement windows so no use for swing out windows Perhaps a choice of the type might be nice? Annoyingly even if I could adapt this the hole is right where the handle of any swing out windows would be. I will open up one of the old wall vents for this to vent out of! I can also vent out of the Chimney in the front room and maybe this 13k BTU unit might be enough to cool the flat from there? I'll update this in the summer when the heat hits. So far for the price so good!

After turning it on it takes a few minutes for the compressor to kick on, but once it does it gets chilly!The unit is quite loud but, it outputs very cold air.You can easily have a conversation while the unit is running.A choice of different window fitting would be nice as I had to buy a third party one to accomate my window type.It is quite heavy and large but the casters on the bottom make it easy to move around.It has a very stylish design and looks very goodThe exhaust hose is very good quality and foldable for easy storage!Overall it is a great air conditioner for the money and We're happy with it!5☆ would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about buying

I've given this unit 5 stars mainly due to the discounted price offered by Amazon at the beginning of June 2025. It was a real bargain at £202 for such a sturdy and well made unit, I wish I'd purchased two.The unit is super heavy so you'll be glad of those wheels when it comes to storage for winter. The outer packaging is a cardboard sleeve so is easy to unpack. It is noisy on full speed but the blast of chilled air even before the window installation of the vent kit was a real surprise. The unit looks great. The instruction book is a bit vague and covers only the basic operation

This is so essential since we have a loft room that gets hotter than the outside and a newborn, especially in the recent prolonged hot weather. It is very loud even on the quiet setting, but if you're used to a white noise machine then you'll be fine. Remote is very handy and the unit itself is easy to set up. Functions as expected as long as you use the hose correctly, only downside is UK windows don't fit the seal given so had to purchase one that would (would be great if it came with both options). Really cool air and works best if you set it up to swing and stop the fan paddles at the highest point to face the ceiling, we found that cooled the room faster. Overall would recommend to get relief from the heat.

Great product with easy setup straight out of the box, movement is excellent as on casters and functionality superb. Weight is good and not to cumbersome also comes with a window kit.Size itself is handy and not overpowering so can be stored away quite easily when not required.Only thing that lets this unit down is that I measured our room size and it’s about 8500 BTU’s and this unit suppose to manage this but even on full power it doesn’t quite get it cold in the room even though it’s rated 12000 BTU’s.
