i got this book for my grandson, who can;t read it yet. But in a couple of years he will be able to,.

I've got twelve of these so far.I bought the one about NIXON,and ten other pieces of history.A friend wanted the Obama book,and the Obama postcards as well.We are BOTH happy with our stuff!Highly recommended.

Fun way to learn about science and history.

This is a wonderful book! It covers everything about the ice age including climate, animals, and humans. This is a great reference book to have on hand for a book report or science fair project.

Great book until the last 3 pages. It always amazes me when educational books for kids have to get into politics so much as to praise one President while slamming another. In a KIDS book!!!! Authors and publishers, be better than this!!!!

Good book for kids

This book I bought for my granddaughter who needed it for a school project. It outlined the sequence from the onset of the Ice-age till the final thawing of the Earths surface about 15,000 years ago. Much of the Earths surface continue to show signs of this event of twenty centuries ago.A most interesting little book, ideal for young teenagers to adults.

I consider this book because it shows how animals and people used to live back then and how they would survive.

The blurb led me to believe it was age appropriate for my 5yr old, the cover led me to believe it was full of colour images. Neither was the the case.

Great-grandson is delighted with this book and quotes from it endlessly. Good to know that when a child expresses an interest it is easy, with Amazon's help, to encourage it.

The book is very informative and to the language of 7-year children.

Son unos libros súper bien hechos. A mis hijos y a los niños a los que se los hemos dado de regalo, les han encantado. Muy recomendable!
