I've never had a double casserole carrier before, but this is a great bag! It says it's for 9x13 casseroles, but it's actually a little larger than that. The top level can be collapsed if you're only carrying one dish, or you can expand it and carry a second 9x13 up there. The purple color is nice and the whole thing feels very well made.

This casserole carrier is fantastic. I have another single one, but when making multiple dishes I always have to decide which one gets to stay warm the longest. This insulated tote allows me to carry more than one, with an additional pocket to carry serving utensils as well.The handles are great as they come from the bottom of the carrier, allowing for a more reliable hold. The bag looks nice and is easy to wipe down when dirty, both inside and out.I can’t say too much about how long it will keep dishes hot as I travel pretty short distances to family with them, but I am very happy with this carrier.

Love the purple! This is a great carry case for a casserole dish. It holds a 9x13 dish, and keeps it hot without making the person holding it hot.

This is a sturdy insulated casserole dish carrying case. It’s the PERFECT solution for toting dishes home for the holidays. This bag makes it easy to carry two casseroles. Even though I’ll probably only use it a few times a year, it’s well worth it to make the holiday just a little less stressful.

We were on the hunt for our fourth casserole tote for our large extended family. Amazon vendor Bagsprite offers a very functional double casserole carrier that is worth a close look. Here is what to like:1. The tote is collapsible and, thus, can easily be stored away until next needed.2. It features separate, large compartments, allowing you to fill both areas with large dishes.3. It offers basic insulation lining, just enough to keep things warm or cold in transport for an hour or two.4. While the text says it handles 9"x14" containers, each area is actually just over 11"x15"... plenty of room.5. Each compartment is 3" tall...more than enough for a casserole dish or large container of lasagna, etc.6. The straps are firmly attached to the lower sides of the carrier with important cross-stitching.7. The zippers appear to be strong and zipped easily.As noted in the photos we examined each compartment of the tote. We loaded an 11"x15" white casserole dish in the bottom compartment and it fit perfectly. We filled the second/top compartment with the traditional 9"x14" glass casserole dish and it, too, fit nicely. With both compartments filled with dishes, we zipped close the openings and toted the carrier around the kitchen. Absolutely no problems.To us, the most important, critical component of a casserole tote is the location and application of the straps. If they give way, your meal is ruined. We appreciate that the straps of this tote are secured along the bottom sides and there is cross-stitching. For absolute security, we would have preferred double-stitching.As this review is being written, the price point for this 2-layer tote is about $29...right in the middle of the average price point for double carriers.

Perhaps I live under a rock, but I did not know they make double bags! How great will this be to bring dishes to the next family meal? My 9 X 13 glass dish fit in easily. I love the flexibility the zippers provide - letting me expand it for two dishes, or shrink it back down for just one. The handles go around the bottom fully, making carrying a heavy load feel more secure. The silicone mat is a nice addition to be able to put your hot casserole on a table or counter. And I love the color purple that I chose. While not a bargain, pricewise, I do feel the price is not out of whack for the quality. I am happy with it.
