Colour Me Mindful: Underwater: How to keep calm if you're stuck indoors Paperback – 30 July 2015

I'd seen a few different options for adult colouring books and had been quite intrigued but this one made itself a must buy for me based on it's underwater theme and the fact that it's based on the principles of Mindfulness. I was also very pleased with the price. I've been using Derwent Academy pencils which work great, but the mistake I made was ordering pencils that arrived more than a week after the book- it was torture having this on the shelf and having no pencils!I know a few of my friends have bought the other variations and I will probably purchase more of these when I've finished my underwater one. The pictures are beautifully drawn and vary in intricacy. The book is a lovely size for transporting, I imagine I'll be taking this with me when I have to travel soon, to help keep me calm on the flight!

I have really enjoyed this colouring book and it's one of my favourites for restful colouring. The pictures are detailed but not fussy and the paper is thick enough to take felt-tip pens. The book is a smaller format that many of the other adult colouring books on the market but this makes it ideal for putting in a handbag and taking out and about.

Cute little underwater colouring book, great for on the go when you don't have as much time! Has a good balance of detailed and more basic pictures.Overall a good little colouring book.

I bought this colouring book as a present for my grandmother. It has beautiful imagines to colour in. The drawings are not too fine so the images are clear and easy to follow.

Nice quality book with decent pictures to colour in. The pictures are on both sides so may be a problem for those who use felt tips (I use gel pens + they do not go through to the other side). I think this book would be more suited to a beginner as the designs are very simple.

This book is gorgeous! Such lovely illustrations, that are detailed but not so much that you can't colour in the patterns easily. Hours of colouring in this little book!

This is a nice, dinky little book that can fit into my handbag. Because it's underwater, there is a lot of blank space around some of the pictures that I think could have been more engaging with a bit more detail.
