These actually feel good. They deliver a pleasant reflexology-like ''massage'' while you're walking around your house, although the fit, for me at least, could be a bit snugger. Be aware, they do feel a little ''spiky.'' Don't wear them for too long; the soles of your feet will tell you when to take them off.

So one needs to get used to them. They are nice. The size is 8.5. Can fit a max 9. Good for health.Update it broke from the strap on the right foot. Been few months since started using it.

It lasted only less than a year, even though I was using only indoors that to infrequently. Not very durable, but offered pain relief.

I have regular back pain. I thought this will help me but It gave me more pain especially in the middle of my foot. I stopped using them because it left me a bruised mark for weeks.

They're great except I can't read the language.

Washed these bad boys TWICE with dish soap (first time was NOT enough) and had to keep them outside for A WEEK for the smell to dissipate. But after a week of airing out, the smell is gone and they really do push on acupressure points. I can definitely tell when I have not had enough water cos it hits those points and hurts (but it is a good reminder).

Arrived very very late, package was half open, slippers were falling apart before I even put them on! I would return but more hassle than worth! Useless, can't even feel anything. Just want to warn others!!!!
