This is such a a cool project. My son loved it. Easy guide. Just like Lego. But with a remote control. Super fun for 6 years olds.

Great fun to build our 4 year old was quite engrossed. The motor/control unit was defective but after we emailed them about it they immediately sent us a replacement - fantastic customer service! Now works perfectly and is great fun! The app is great too, to introduce programming concepts and other modes of control. Would recommend!

Perfect little kit. Really easy to assemble, and easy to control. I have build the “not” wall-e robot and the dinobot and the only issue I had was the dinosaur head and tail just did NOT want to stay in the position they should and consequently the thing looked like a zombie after about 2 seconds of driving it around, add that to the dino bot not being very stable.The other 2 designs are VERY stableThe one odd thing is the controller, it’s really easy to use HOWEVER, the direction control switches need to be set with the left one in the backward position and the right switch fully forwards, otherwise your bot will happily spin in circles.The app VERY to use! Simply download the app and open it. And you can either follow the instructions in the app OR just tap on the device you want to connect to and tap control, then tap the Bluetooth symbol and as long as the control unit is turned on it will connect in app so no need to worry about trying to pair it to your phone. I have added photos on the tank, the way I found the control needs to be set and the app screen shots.

In the true nature of Wall-e we had to recycle a piece of Lego as he had a bit missing (red piece in the photo) but that was better than the hassle of returning and waiting for a replacement. My son enjoyed building him and playing with him. Motor and controls work well.

Great Wall-e toy alternative. Excellant product great for building and playing with after. Decent size once built. Great toy for my son who loves wall-E, moves around like the wall-E in the movie with the remote control. One happy son :D.Does take some time to build so would say give it a couple of hours to build. Requires 3 AAA batteries on the main compartment and an additional 2 AA batteries for the remote. When using with the remote it does move forward and back and turns around. It does not rotate the head,arms and compartment but these can be adjusted manually. Overall happy son.

Got as a Christmas present for a 10 year old and he loved it. Not too difficult to build at all and the controls are easy to understand. The detail on it is great.

9 year old built this with ease. It appears though that the motor unit is insufficiently powerful - it cannot drive both tracks on the full built model simultaneously so with only one track at a time basically goes around in circles.

We bought this for our 9 year old grandson. It contains a bewildering amount of bricks in separate bags which would have helped if they had been labelled but it didn't seem to stop our grandson from building it as it only took him a couple of days to do it, so the instructions must be decent. Only time will tell if it's worth buying...

My son loves this, he specifically had me build the robot. It now plays in pretend games with his action figures. I had so much fun building it; with distractions it took me almost 3 hours. Everything fit together nicely and snuggly with no issues; it has yet to fall apart besides kid roughness which is fixable.

Es muss nicht immer das Original sein. Der kleine Roboter wurde von unserem Sohn, Dank der guten und unkomplizierten Beschreibung zügig zusammen gebaut. Und was wir kaum erwartet haben, dass Ding flitzt ohne wenn und aber durch die Wohnung und die Reichweite ist auch nicht zu unterschätzen. Das Spielzeug ist jeden Cent wert

UPDATE: The seller got in touch apologizing for the error and offered me a refund or a new device. We chose the latter as we had so much fun putting the original together. It arrived yesterday and we hope to put it together next weekend. I am very happy with the customer service received up to now though.This was a Christmas gift and we loved putting this item together. It was a lot of fun and we found the directions intuitive. Unfortunately, we are having problems when using the robot. When we activate the robot, it will run for about 30 seconds really well and then just stop. The only way to restart it, is to turn it off, and it will work again, but only for another 30 seconds before stopping again. We are unsure if it is the signal or motor that is not working correctly. We would love to still use this item, so are hoping the seller sees this review and can help with a replacement part.
