Very well made with many quotes to read from. The writing has the perfect size.It's a very good gift for someone that is not really into heavy reading, as this book has the key fundamentals of Stoicism without too much reading.

If you’re new to the topic of stoicism, this book is a great start. There are many quotes in here that help center yourself during turbulent times. My only complaint is that they have quotes from people like David Goggins, who I consider to be the complete opposite of a stoic. Other than that, I recommend this book.
