I bought these shirts for my man because he's a new mail man and he says it really keeps his skin from direct sun light and from burning while he is out walking and delivering mail here in CA and it keeps the sweat in from rolling out. It gets really hot here in the summer. Its breathable, fits well the quality is great and a great buy!!! Anyways he loves them and he will probably wear them in the winter too.
