I had high expectations for this little device as I snore like a lumberjack. I wanted to wake up feeling like I didn't spend my whole night cutting down giant sequoias. I charged it before I used it. There was no lanyard or anything except the device and a tiny charging cord. When I put it in, it wouldn't stay. It fell out. I tried to lay on my side and use my pillow to keep it in place....we all know how that worked. The battery only lasted a few hours. So if it would have stayed, I would have had my nose plugged most of the night by the device. I guess it's back to sawing logs in my sleep!

I bought this for my husband who snores like crazy. I have a hard time sleeping because of his snoring and he ends up on the couch. We have tried several things, and nothing works. It is not sleep apnea. So, we decided to try this and it really works great. The only problem and reason it did not get 5 stars is that it falls out of his nose in the night. There is nothing to secure it into his nose if he moves. If it came with a strap, it would be a 5 star for sure.
