I have been taking these sea moss tablets for a couple months now and have experienced noticeable improvements in mental performance. This might be due to other factors but most things have remained constant during that time. I have felt more clear-headed and capable of focusing on work tasks. my energy levels have also seemed more constant and sugar cravings have diminished, which is a nice side effect! These are really small and easy to swallow.Good value for money and they seem like good quality.

A great value supplement that is quickly becoming very popular to use. I have had no adverse reaction to these and seem to get positive results, but that could just be me. If you are looking for these ingredients then this is a great value supplement, and I can highly recommend it.

As I'm getting older I've been looking into supplements more. My diet isn't great, and I tend not to eat very many vegetables, so I have been researching which supplements would help me out. I had never heard of Sea Moss as a supplement, but with it boasting such a wide range of nutrients in terms of minerals and classed as a Superfood, I thought I'd give it a try. The capsules are quite large but easy to swallow, and they don't have any weird 'seaweedy' aftertaste. :) I honestly can't say if they've helped or improved my energy levels, but I'll keep going with them and see what happens.

We all know seaweed is good for us but taking it may not go down so easily. Taking these not only gives you the sea moss, it also has Iodine, Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc, Calcium, and B Vitamins. I was taking potassium, magnesium and iodine, so the fact I can take it all in one capsule with a few more minerals, is much more beneficial. After taking for nearly 4 weeks, I feel more energetic and the mind feels a little less foggy. There’s a bit of an earthy taste to it and they are easy to swallow.
