Worked like a charm!
The cookie cutters are exactly what I needed to make bite size apricot & peach pies. Using the largest cutter, I cut circles from homemade pie dough. Next, I put a spoonful of apricot/peach mixture on a few of the circles and then topped them with another circle. Using a fork I crimped the edges to prevent the fruit from seeping out and popped them into the oven to bake. The results were small and tasty pie bites.
