Excellent pour la pizza
Cette poêle fait une excellent plaque à pizza. La croûte est croustillante comme si elle avait été faire sur une pierre à pizza, mais chauffe bien plus vite. Une pierre peut prendre jusqu'à 45 minutes pour atteindre sa température optimale alors que cette poêle en fonte ne prendra qu'une fraction de ce temps. On apprécie également le long manche qui permet de bien la tenir car elle est assez lourde.
