Nonalcoholic wine
I liked it. I have tried other nonalcoholic wines. This one was good. I think I might order more.

A wine snob's review
I'm a self proclaimed wine snob so might have a bit of different perspective on this than those who don't drink at all or not very often. Or maybe this will be of interest to those who are more familiar and comfortable with wine.I love champagne and bubbles so I was really excited to try this especially for days where I don't want the alcohol but just the fizz that sparkling water can't quite satisfy (and I don't drink soda).I was a bit skeptical because the alcoholic version "espumante" sparkling wine tends to be disgustingly sweet to me and have more residual sugar than I would like. Given the reviews, I took a chance since the calorie content and what I read did not seem to indicate that was an issue (a good thing for me). This comes just like a standard bottle of sparkling wine with the cage and cork. The bubbles do not last as long as regular sparkling but are still present after a while. I popped this open last night to give a tryI did my typical smaller pour to swirl, sniff, then sip. Well, my hubby laughed at me because of my expression when I sniffed. For those who take this step even semi-seriously, the nose was not good. At all. Even my hubby who claims "not to sniff so good" (lol) was like, "Ew, that smells gross even to me." I won't share the notes he described (generally not something you want any sort of food or drink to smell like) but to sum it up, it was very off putting. Not to be deterred, I tasted anyway after a few more sniffs because the first couple just gave me pause. I'm happy to report that the taste does not match the nose at all, thankfully. Since the nose and the taste don't match, this would be considered an imbalanced wine but this is something that I've found is very common with NA or dealcoholized wine across the board.Taste profile-wise, it is on the tart side with a subtle sweetness but not overpoweringly so which I liked. Tropical and stone fruit notes are what I got, maybe a touch of tea leaves. To compare, I would say it's almost a bit like a sav blanc with a bit more body and touch of sweetness to it. Maybe even like a more tart dry Riesling.Overall this is a good option if you're trying to cut back or don't drink at all. It definitely is different than the real thing but this is one of the better ones I have tried.

Something differnt for me these days.
I don't drink wine, I haven't drank alcohol in some 10+ years or so. But this brings back some memories back in the times that I did, this reminds me of a dry white wine with a lot of sour notes. The sours really overwhelm the sweet, but you still get the back end taste of the sweetness at the end. And it really matches up nice with the type of white grapes that might be on the edge of being overripe. The sparkling carbonation really works in with this to bring out a bite and the end of sweetness that I do enjoy.

Smells just as bad as other NA wines that I have tried, but it tastes pretty good.
I really like experimenting with NA wines and beers. I have already found the perfect NA beer for me, so I'm kind of done with that hunt... but wines are still up in the air. I've tried a few and they all seem to have a weird funky smell that doesn't match the taste. This one is no different. However, if you can get past that, it does taste pretty good. I love the crispness that it has. I have absolutely had some terrible, undrinkable NA wines, and this is not one of those. I would actually consider buying it again if the price were lower. I buy my absolute favorite REAL wine for $8/bottle. I'm not sure why NA wine should cost more than that.

More tart than sweet
I am not an expert on wine by any stretch of the imagination. That said, with this wine you get nice bubbles (that don't last too long). This wine is sweet, but the sweetness is subdued in my opinion, but the tartness of the grape is very present. It is enjoyable to drink chilled.

Tastes like sweet champagne
I received “Chateau del ISH Sparkling Espumante | Non-Alcoholic Spanish Sparkling White Wine | De-Alcoholized Grapes | Sweet, Crisp & Refreshing | 750 ml Bottle.” As the seller showed in the picture, the bottle arrived not looking completely full. The label mentions that the drink contains sulfites. The expiration date is almost five years in the future. I’m not a wine drinker, so it took me a while to figure out how to open it. There is a metal tab of twisted wire that needs to be untwisted, and then the entire metal cage can be removed. The cork is easy to remove with your hands, but when it’s removed, it makes a huge popping sound, and the drink begins to fizz. It smells a little like alcohol. It tastes like a sweet champagne.

Not great
No one liked it. For me I’d say flavor was like 3 out of 5, but others thought it was 1 out of 5.

NA bubbly
NA (non-alcoholic) beverages are all the rage now. I'm a beer lover but am waiting to have some decent beer options. The "Chateau del ISH Sparkling Espumante" is surprisingly good, and I'm glad to see the wine industry progressing to the point of having some good options in the NA world. This beverage is very fruity and tart. The flavor strikes me as yellow stone fruit, like peach or apricot. It is slightly sweet, but excessive sweetness is offset by the acidic tartness. It is carbonated like a sparkling wine, although the carbonation diminishes faster than champagne. Overall I like it and would recommend it to anyone seeking NA bubbly.
