Great look, can be touchy
I love the looks of this watch. It is very comfortable. Definitely having people ask about it. The touch sensors can be a little touchy. Took me a bit to set the time and I often look down to a different look than the last time I checked the time because it inadvertently got switched. I've only had it 5 days so i don't know if I'll just deal with it or give it away.

Horrible! RETURNED!
I bought this watch because I really liked the style and design. Unfortunately it is a real pain in the butt to set and program. Not only was it hard to set but they sent me the WRONG directions, the one the sent me was for a totally different model of watch. I sent it back after about an hour or so trying to get the time set. I would not recommend this to anyone!!! Looks good, but not functional!

Not easy to use
This watch easy to hang, difficult to set, and documentation is not telly with the watch.I have to try and error so many time to manage my watch working properly. And this watch is not waterproof.... Nor Idiot proof.... Very not user friendly.

Avoid this product
Bought this watch for my wife for Christmas. She likes big numbers and I thought she would like the touch screen. As already mentioned this watch was hard to set and then was always activated by something that simply rubbed against it, such as a shirt sleeve, which would reset the time and date. The good thing was that the problem didn't last that long because the watch died completely in less than 3 hours from opening the box. Watchismo, where I got the watch from, said it was the battery, which is was not. The watch just turned black and that was that. No prodding, poking or installing another battery did anything to change the screen. I contacted Phosphor on FB and they told me to send it back, gave me an address and said that they would be expecting it. 3 weeks later and nothing back from Phosphor. In fact when I contacted them regarding the return they said that they had no record. My bad, as I lost my tracking number but still, I figured that by making contact they would be expecting it. Looks like I'm out a watch. As it goes, they weren't going to refund me anyway, just replace it so maybe I simply paid money to learn a lesson? Avoid this unless you like headaches. An update: Phosphor did send me a replacement. Still, this watch seems to do what it wants and only responds to touch after several ham-fisted attempts. I am going to get rid of it though because its more of a gimmick than anything.

Terrible Software and Touch Buttons
I loath this watch. Don't think you can take it swimming, you cannot. The touch buttons activate in salt water and when you get out, it will be set to random date, time, and time zone. The touch buttons also keep triggering from my shirt sleeve. So glancing at it to tell the time is a crap shoot. There also is no IST setting for the half hour offset in India. So not really a "world" watch.Stay away.
