Stopped working in less than 90 days
While the electrical components are still working OK, the hydraulic jack for raising the forks has stopped working. I've tried calling Van Keppel and am always sent to voicemail, which is apparently a funny joke they play on folks because nobody ever returns my calls.UPDATE: 3/12/19It turned out to be a bit of a communication problem. When I got connected with the right person at Van Keppel they resolved the issue immediately. In the process they completely impressed me with their customer service. Therefore I am putting them up to 5 stars.

No customer support
Bought this and within a couple of weeks the charger went out. Emailed the supplier numerous times with no answer. Had to buy another charger from another company and use it. The legs sit to high up and have a weird lip on them that prevents it from using it on a lot of standard pallets. We have to use oversized pallets when we are going to need to use this pallet jack. It doesn't seem very durable and none of my truck drivers want to use it.
