Great for squats
These are made of foam but quite durable and sturdy. The foam makes it pretty soft to have my heels on. I can tell my glutes are targeted when I do squats using this. The size is plenty large for my feet in gym shoes as a size 9. Would recommend it for your home gym

I would buy this again
I would buy these wedges again. These wedges are perfect for not injuring my squats. I already had problems due to having a bad position and the doctor recommended some inclined boards. Thanks to these wedges I have regained good posture and strength in my legs.

These yoga wedges are great for doing my calf exercises. The elastic band kit that comes with them is perfect for maintaining my legs. I recommend the product. You don't need more sophistication to do squats. The price is cheaped compared to others.

Perfect to correct my training postures
Just what I needed to correct my back pain, I always did bulgarian split squat stand wrong and ended up in pain, thanks to these inclined and squat stands I have been able to correct my posture and reduce the pain, even though the yoga block is of no use, the price and quality it has is unbeatable.

Just what I needed.
I have tried these blocks for squats and the truth is that they are very comfortable, they have the perfect inclination to have a good posture, they do not slide at all on the wooden floor, it also comes with some very useful accessories and weighs very little to be able to transport it. I recommend it.
