The shoes came in a nice box quality seems to be good except the laces look a little weak. Colour is a superb maroon which i am very pleased with. Ordered a second pair straight away so will see if they are the same. Probably the most comfortable shoes i have ever worn even when i used to pay a couple of hundred quid for a pair .

Ordered these shoes and they arrived within four days which was great.They look good and appear to be well made. The colour was as expected. The sizing is not right (or was not right for me). I ordered a size 9 and the shoes were more like a 10. They also don't do half sizes either which would be good for many people.The issue I had is with the returns policy. Clearly I missed the fact that they were sent from Slovakia and as one previous reviewer has stated, likely to be made in China. Returning them was not just a simple click and a returns label being sent by Amazon. You get 4 documents including including 2 International Customs Return Documents.I completed all the paperwork and the Post Office initially refused to accept the parcel as the address label from Amazon was not compatible to their system - I had to google the correct address and country. I also had to complete an international customs form as well. I don't mind paperwork but this was getting a bit out of hand.Then I had to pay £20.80 to send the parcel. I understand that Amazon will refund this, or part of it but how to get the refund is far from clear.So the moral of the story is take care on the shoe size you order and perhaps choose a UK supplier which I have now done.UPDATE.Returned the shoes three weeks ago via Royal Mail track and trace service to their warehouse in Slovakia.. The parcel has arrived in Slovakia but now appears to be lost. Phoned Amazon and they have agreed to refund the cost of the shoes plus postage. Thank you Amazon and as I said take care buying from their sellers as returns are quite challenging.

The quality of the shoes looks good, but unfortunately the manufacturer has seen fit to use appallingly thin, weak shoe laces. The first time I tried to do them up they snapped - twice. I thought that I could just easily replace them, but looking at the lace it goes all the way around the back of the shoe. Usually this back part of the lace is a decoration, not the actual lace! Anyhow, it made it unlikely that I would have been able to replace the lace myself, so I returned them - what a shame - Nice shoes let down by a 50p component.

Very comfortable, even at the first time of wearing I wore these all day without a problem. Very happy with the purchase and I would recommend them to anyone.

These shoes were brought to replace a pair I walked round Italy in ( well on and off coaches) great feel really comfortable. One lace broke the second time of using but have managed to fiddle the lace that was left to make them work again. Can anyone suggest where I could get some new laces?

Lovely shoes great quality but just too big so returned

The laces are poor quality and snapped after less than 1 month of use and as they are fixed to yhe shoe, you cant replace them. Had other brands where leather laces have lated for years. Not these !

Really pleased with item and the whole process was first class from ordering the item to receiving.Highly recommend.
