I don't typically leave reviews, but for things that I find super valuable and does the job and how well it works, i think i need to leave a review.I also think it's worth mentioning that this product works so well that i've bought it 3 other times as gifts for others AND my girlfriend also bought them as gifts for her family (each of her 3 other sisters and 1 for her parents)So basically my household has bought this item at least 7 other times on top of the 2 that we have at home for ourselves.I think how much we've bought this speaks for itself.Easy to use, pop in the microwave, use it on the shoulders, and it works wonders. Good level of heat, soothing scent, can be used on multiple areas (shoulders, stomach, thighs), stress just melts away even for only a moment.I highly highly recommend. I'll be using these as future xmas presents, I cannot stop buying this. 10/10 and a million thumbs up!

This is the best thing I've ever purchased for my headaches and shoulder pain. I have TMJ, lots of muscle tension, and overall just have a hard time straight up relaxing. This wrap is a game changer. It smells amazing. The weight is perfect-- heavy enough that it pushes my shoulders done a bit but is still comfortable. It gets really hot. I heat it up for 3-4 min. And it stays warm for 15-20 min. And I'll keep this up for like an hour. After that, my tension is GONE. The moist heat does wonders for my tension-- lots in my shoulders, back, and neck which will ultimately give me a nice tension headache after a long day. I actually just bought a second one because I love it so much I wanted a back up. You won't be disappointed with this-- I use it every night, and on my lunch break. It has really changed my pain with tension headaches and sore muscles. I'm thinking with a few solid weeks of use I may solve my tension issue!

This product is great! It stays warm for a while and smells awesome when it heats up. My only criticism would be that it seems to emit a bit of moisture when heated. Otherwise, it’s well worth it and soothes my neck and shoulder pain.

Pros: The material is very soft and comfortable. It smells great. It stays warm and can be used on shoulders and neck. I bought 2 more after trying this one. I also bought two other brands for family members that were more expensive but not as good. The material is well constructed and heavy so it feels good on your neck.Cons: It heats unevenly which can lead to hot spots. I have to fold it to get it in my microwave but it's a minor issue. Once it's warm, it reheats easily without needing to turn it in the microwave. I would like it to be 4 inches longer so it reaches over my shoulders.Overall: Well made, soft and smells great. It covers the neck and most of the shoulder area. Reheats easily. I have yet to try it in the freezer.

I loved using mine and took it to my son’s house when he had a migraine. Now he won’t return it and I had to buy another for myself.It’s really great. It works hot from the microwave or cold from the freezer. The instructions on how to freeze and warm up are written on the tag: perfect.I love the hood and the weighted feel of the heating pad. Fits very well around the neck and shoulders and is comfortable to wear.

I ordered 3 of your heating pads as the ones I had previously been using finally wore out and could no longer be sewn back together. This is the first time I ordered from your company, and I must say I am VERY PLEASED with the quality of the product. I ordered 2 for myself (one for a back up) and 1 for my daughter. I have used the heating pad since the day I received it and have found it to everything I had hoped for and more. At first, I was concerned about the weight of the heating pad since it was so much heavier than my last heating pad, but I have found the weight to be an added bonus in the effectiveness of the heating pad. The pad heats well, holds the heat and has been very helpful in relieving not only my neck and shoulder pain, but my sinus pain as well. KUDOS to you ...

This product arrived on time and in good shape. And it is wonderful to use. It takes only 2 minutes in the microwave to provide heat for nearly 30 minutes. It fits nicely around even my rather large neck, enclosing the whole area of neck and upper shoulders completely, which makes it deliver its warmth very thoroughly. It feels heavenly. The aroma is nice as well. There is a minor side effect to the aroma -- heating the seeds releases water as well as aroma, so it feels a bit damp, but I only notice that when putting it on. It is not damp enough to leave clothing damp, and it's not noticeable while it's on, so it's not really an issue. I definitely recommend it highly.

First, this product smells so bad! So something I wanted to help with headaches a product that stinks is a not the way to go. I even had to wash my hands after touching this it smells so strong of chemicals. In addition, there is nothing in the hood, therefore the hood will not hold temperatures which is why I wanted to product. Maybe this is good for others but no for me.
