The strap gotten loose after 2 nights. It wouldn’t keep the chin tight or the mouth shut. Don’t bother buying it.

Doesn’t really fit comfortable. Never seems to fit. I’m not sure there is an up or down fit… can’t confirm if it helps.

It's comfortable enough, and perforated, so it doesn't get too hot, but it didn't help me.

I have a anti sleep apnea mouthgaurd to replace a CPAP machine, but unfortunately my mouth falls open in the middle of the night and my mouthgaurd falls out. This ensures my mouth stays closed throughout the night. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
