Received product in the quantity as shown in the picture. Over 95% of the beads has grown to full size.

Abnormally less growth o water balls.
Half of the beads did not grow at all.Also a quarter of the beads grew only partially in small or medium size.I put them in water or 1 week and still they stopped growing.One quarter grew normal size.
