Love it!

The product was vacuum-packed into a cube. It has no structure like a normal futon mattress. It needed to be stretched and fluffed because the stuffing was just in matted clumps. All of the buttons fell off right away. It took days of it laying flat before you could convert the futon back to a couch. It would just flop over and collapse on itself. Feels like a very uncomfortable clumpy bean bag. Needsto be fluffed often other wise the clumpy material just gets matted down.

Very soft very comfortable but I just recieved this item and I’m less than a week I’ve had 6 buttons come off of one side of this mattress it is a bit lumpy and uneven in some spots but with the buttons falling off I am able to adjust the foam around to plump back to normal size in low areasvery thick overall though does feel thicker in some parts than others but overall very comfortable and it is slightly larger than my futon frame but still works very well, the only issue I’ve had so far is that it makes the frame hard to adjust form bed to couch and vise-versa overall pleased with purchase, could use a little lower of a price tag considering the quality but still satisfied and hopefully will be used for a fair amount of time

I absolutely love the color and its so soft. I bought my own Queen frame from Creative Futons, but I must say this was my vision for my home office im creating:-)

Got this for my spare bedroom. We have a twin over full bunk bed. It's super comfortable but the first time someone laid on it, buttons started to pop off that held the cushion down and in place. It is NOT easy to fold into the couch with this mattress but I'll take that over something uncomfortable. You don't feel the metal bars under which I thought has always been an issue.

This is so comfy to sit on and it’s extremely plush. The material is silky and stain resistant as well. I love the dark green color. True to photo. We have it as a futon pad and it’s definitely the most comfortable spot in my office. Could be slept on easily and it doesn’t deflate down or feel like the filling has much give to it. It’s so comfortable. Highly recommend for a couch or even a bed. It’s softer than a mattress but thick and fluffy. Highly recommend.

I can across this mattress and thought it would be perfect for my futon frame. I was wrong! Within two hours of opening the box and laying the mattress flat on the futon so it could rise, three buttons fell off. I emailed the company that makes this product and explain my situation Saying I wanted a refund/return, but how do you get the mattress that’s full-size back into the small box it came in.(it’s vacuum sealed) The company replied back offering to refund me 70% of what the product costs, nothing about a return. I have had this product for one month now and can say it is very oversized and 90% of the buttons have fell off. Also I live alone. I’m 6 foot 150 pounds, and the couch got very light usage. Save yourself a headache
