The size and the look of this product is just as it looks when purchasing, the quality is amazing and it looks so genuine the size is just perfect for your bread making, it is an amazing product, I really do recommend.

Baskets are sturdy, liners fit well and are easy to clean. The bench scraper is particularly well-made and the Lame is a quality bonus!

So as a bread neophyte, the kit itself is pretty good although there were no instructions on how to set up and use the blades on the lame. The blades are standard double sided razor blades that you have to tuck the tip of the lame into and then out the other hole on the razor blade, but I was at a loss how to do it until I saw someone do it on a youtube video. Derp. Anyway, I've used it a few times to make both circular and rectangular loaves of sourdough and it works well enough for proofing dough in the fridge overnight. Make sure you also remember to use rice flour and powder the heck out of the insides of each basket with it prior to pouring a wet dough into it, or else the dough will stick coming out. Otherwise, the set is fine for household use.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this and I must say it’s wonderful to have in your home, especially if you are like me just starting to bake sour dough bread and bagels. The quality of this is top tier. The size is perfect and also the shape. I love that it isn’t stretchy.

It is a great set. It’s been very useful while I make sourdough for the 1st time.

This was, overall, a good deal. The brush is very flimsy and cheap but the bannetons are good sized. The lame works good and comes with extra blades. The bench scraper could be a little bigger for my liking. I bought this mainly for the bannetons and lame and I feel it was a good buy.

I liked the quality of the baskets as well as the accessories. Product arrive as indicated.

These are good quality, and the kit is very handy for my husband (the baker in our home.). Recommended!
