We purchased the JrTrack 3 Smart Watch for our six year old granddaughter. I was concerned about certain reviews where some users had difficulties paring the watch and with initial set up.I opened the box to find a well built and nicely packaged watch. It’s robust and the instructions provided were clear and very simple to follow. In no time I had it paired and functioning. Just follow the instructions and be patient. I had a question for customer service re text messaging. In a couple ours, my email was answered and I had my answer. Check the great customer service box!The app works extremely well and is user friendly, even for grandparents. I set up twenty, pre-written text messages, for our little one. I was able to include emojis to assist her in understanding the texts.We realized her reading ability isn’t quite up to speed to understand all twenty pre-written text messages. For a second, I thought we would have to hold off giving her the watch. Then, a moment of overcome, adapt & improvise hit me.I showed her how to send voice messages via text message. Before you know it, from different rooms in the house, we were exchanging VM texts like pros. Problem solved.She now has the option to call or send VM text messages. After a little reading practice, she’ll have the written text messages down pat.We also ordered her a pink wrist band. It was simple to replace the original and it only took two minutes. The JrTrack wrist band is comfortable and easy for her to take off and on, all by herself.I hope this helps with any questions you may have. Not much to say, pretty simple to exchange band. Good "grown up" color choice for a kiddo that is moving away from the traditional kid colors and monster/unicorn/emoji graphics. It looks less grassy green in person than the picture appears, and seems to have a slight hint of teal, looks better IMO.

I would've been confused how to replace the band, but I watched the instructional video first on the Cosmo website that clearly explains how. Easy peasy.

Does exactly what we needed it to do!

This item did not include the normal metal piece that releases the band from the watch it’s self. I didn’t notice this until I put the band on my sisters watch. I literally had to cut the watch apart and pry out the little metal piece. Not worth it !!!
