The drum was easy to use and cheap. Overall great product.

I was irritated that when I ordered new toner I had to get a new drum, but that is the machine. This works well in my printer. I haven’t tried doing two sided documents yet - after the drum it came with malfunctioned and I use 15 lb paper in mine, but other than that it is a very good product! Does what it says, easy to install and no issues since installed.

Order for my job and these are cheap than buying the Brother drums. Works just as good and are a lot more inexpensive.

Ordered these drums when I ordered toner. Still waiting for the printer to tell me to replace the drum. I assume they'll perform just as well as Aztech toner cartridges.

Bought in Feb. but it sits in closet until needed. I opened box in May 2, 2024, installed cartridge and the pages are horrible, toner spots all over. It was not like that with the last drum. Everything was clean. Sad to have to open another drum package to see if it's the same deal. Because I bought these in advance and then used later, I have lost to ability to return them as defective and get others. Not happy with these.

I have been using Aztech toner cartridges for a while now, with good results (except for problems due to drum.)I finally replaced my original Brother DR-820, which had developed persistent smudges on the left side (even though it thought it still had 33% of its life left.)This was after following quite complicated video instructions on how to disassemble, clean, and reassemble the old drum. It turns out that when you swipe the green tab left and then right, though it may remove stray toner, it pushes it to the left, which is where it formed a concentrated pocket next to the drum. Perhaps this is what caused the smudging that persisted even after thorough cleaning.The drum cleaning is quite tedious, and by the time you know you need it, damage might already be permanent. So if you go that route, I suggest you attempt it at the first signs of smudging. You can wipe some of the stray toner off without disassembling the whole drum.I don't know yet how long the new drum will last, but I have had good experience with the Aztech toner, and I hope the two products will work well together. (Who knows - maybe the Aztech toner contributed to earlier drum failure?) Instructions were clear (printed, and link to video), and my new prints finally don't have smudges.Originally, I thought I was saving around 50% below the Brother drum (around $100), but I hadn't noticed this was a 2-pack. So I saved around 75%. Hope I won't regret it.(This is on an MFC L5900DW)

I have ordered this toner produce over the last couple of years and I will continue to purchase it for my Brother printer.The toner cartridges have performed exceptionally with clear, crisp printouts and I have experienced no issues with the use of the toner. In the box, I received 4 printer cartridges and a drum and they last a long time and have not dried out.The product arrives in a timely manner and packaged well. The cost for what you receive is great.

We had an issue with one of our drum units and they sent a replacement immediately.
