Ever since I gave birth, I had joint pain in my thumb & wrist. These were a LIFE SAVER! I still use it from time to time. I will have to say that it’s starting to come apart…BUT the fact that it really does help with the pain & healing, it’s worth it. Would def recommend & repurchase, if needed!Also, you have to be really adamant about wearing the brace to heal. I didn’t go to the doctor but using this brace healed my left wrist. My right wrist/thumb is still in the process of healing BUT it’s SO much better after wearing this brace for a couple of months. Def the stability that it needed. Thank you

I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel and tendonitis and required night braces for both hands. I have very large hands and wrists and struggled to find a brace locally that would fit well, and my insurance would only cover a portion of my costs, which left me to pay seventy dollars for a single brace. Looking here I found that for that cost I could buy both of these and these ended up fitting better, and providing more support. I wear them every night and it has provided a lot of relief! Would 100% recommend!

This is a comfortable brace, with great support, good padding from wrist and palm. The issue that is not correct is the stitching of the thumb spica metal support. Within a few days this tore and is frayed, exposing the metal. It appears that the metal support is not bent properly when sewn together and the pressure then rips the stitching which, then reduces the support of the thumb. This is an updated review, the previous one I wrote was right after receiving it. Now I give 4 stars rather than 5.

Good quality. It feels great and does a great job keeping my hand, wrist and thumb secure and comfortable throughout the night.

I was diagnosed with De Quervain's. My doctor saw the brace I was wearing, said that brand was good, but there were better ones out there that would immobilize my wrist/thumb more . The doctor prescribed me this brace, but the tech who was helping me choose a size said I would be paying $200 at the doctor's office and that it would be way cheaper to buy on Amazon so I bought off Amazon instead. This is miles better than my old brace. The velcro is strong. You may have to cut some off if you have small wrists. It feels more stable because there's metal in there. It took me a couple hours to get used to it, but it's comfortable for me. I ordered another one so I can have one for the house and one for work.

RE: Ossur Formfit Thumb Spica Wrist BraceOver the course of a few weeks, I have purchased and returned several of these. They are certainly comfortable and well-padded and they look well constructed initially, but invariably the stitching breaks loose or even worse, after only a week, the sharp corner of the metal thumb stay punctures through the fabric at the top of the thumb making it unsafe to wear.I believe there is a design flaw with the thumb stay. It doesn't follow the curvature of the inside of the thumb so it is destined to protrude and rupture the fabric at the top corner. The brace offers effective support but it isn't made to last.

I thought this was finally the Brace for me. I need one I can wear several months while waiting for radial canal surgery. This one almost did it. The velcro did not smag, well padded, immobilized well, seemed like a good fit. Unfortunately after a day or so the heavy stiffness started bothering the pinkie side of my hand, causing pain in the lateral side of my hand if I moved wrong. Returned.

Really need this for my husband.

Great support, hardly kow am wearing it at night but getting the metal bit in and out from the thumb when washing is a hassleWould buy again

When I purchased this, I thought what a purchase, but after one day wearing it, it became damaged on the thumb area, with this I am very upset and angry my order did not last a longer wearable timescale, I shall not order from this seller again.
