Costa Farms Mini Bonsai Live Indoor Tree, Grower's Choice, 1-Year Old, Potted in Indoor Planter Plant Pot, Tabletop Office and Home Décor, 10-Inches Tall

Wanted some new deco for the new apartment, saw this & it looked interesting. Arrived in great condition...packaged well & safe. Was bigger than I expected, about 14" in height with pot, which honestly is a bonus!!!A bit over 3 months now & it still looks great on the end of my desk by the window!!! Takes very little care & is thriving!!!

I ordered my Beaucarnia Recurvata, "Ponytail Plant", with much doubt. Not only did it arrive four days early, but in beautiful condition. I'm very impressed and will order plants from this seller again. It's healthy, large, and a great price for the size of the plant.

This came packaged excellently. It had plastic around the pot and soil and bottom of the plant then paper around the whole plant and then it was in a tall thick box that kept the leaves all safe. The pot was too small for the plant so I repotted it but I probably would have done that anyway. They need about an inch or so of space between the “ trunk” and the pot edge. I didn’t see any bugs but since they are prone to spider mites I sprayed it with soap spray to be safe. It is much bigger than it looks in the picture . It’s almost a floor plant but not quite. I actually have to rethink where to put it because it’s so much bigger than I expected! Super healthy looking! I’ll update if that changes but as of now I’m very happy and would buy from this seller again!

One million stars for this beauty! I ordered 8 different plants from Costa Farms, and all arrived in perfect shape, healthy, well packaged against any chance of damage during shipping. First time I have ever ordered live plants online and was a bit reluctant but had purchased Costa Farms plants at my local nursery and knew these to be good plants. I have no reluctance now in ordering online and couldn't be happier! My favorite plant, though they are ALL fantastic, is this beautiful Ponytail Palm Bonsai! It's a real showstopper! I'm so very pleased! Thank you Costa Farms!

This Bonsai tree arrived very well packed, and the soil was moist. Once shipped, it went UPS 2-day which was reassuring. I was waffling between three and four stars for the below reasons.I needed a very specific variety of Bonsai (Ficus Ginseng) for a gift and couldn’t find a healthy one in any of my local nurseries or stores. I didn’t realize until after ordering that it was the grower’s choice on which variety I would be receiving, and the purchase was non-returnable. I reached out to Amazon customer service who were amazing and provided me the farm’s customer service number. The farm was too busy to take my call, and I was forced to leave a message. The frustrating part was they finally called me back at 5:50 AM on the day the tree was being delivered! (Grrr) At this point, if it was the wrong species I was stuck with a plant I didn’t want. Also, at 5:50 AM there was NO WAY I was answering the phone…Another three star reason – the size. The listing states a 1-year-old 10” tree. I received something much smaller. (See photos)I landed on 4-stars for these reasons though.1.) The tree is the species I requested in my phone voicemail. Is it because they got my message and specifically shipped it? I’ll never know but I’m so glad it worked out!2.) This little tree is extremely healthy! The leaves are all shiny and a dark green.3.) They included a cute white pot with a drain hole that will fit this little tree for at least the next year or so.4.) It came with a lot of information for the amateur grower

Got this yesterday. I saw it and wanted it because I thought it was just the coolest thing. After reading EVERY negative review I was somewhat nervous especially given the price but my husband was amused by my delight. At 25 inches tall it is way more fuller and bushier than the picture of it in the ad and a nice trunk! Now……I’m getting ready to re-pot it because….the pot it comes with isn’t a draining pot, gives me a chance to see root ball, check for any undesirable things and because that’s just what I do. After that keep it alive and looking like this! I always check for easy to grow plants but I have been known to prove that wrong 🤣🤣🤣🤣. If you love palm trees 🌴 or palm plants like I do I say go for it and get this. A word of caution though….personally I wouldn’t order this from Florida and have it shipped to North Dakota in February and leave it sitting on the porch waiting for me to get home from work. had no dislikes at all. Nothing was dead. Wrapping was awesome and was still moist when it arrived. I do have to say a was a little skeptical about buying a plant online but Im going to them for any type of plant I'm looking for. Very very happy with it all!

Plant looks great and is very healthy.Pot was broken upon arrival. Disappointed as I payed extra for a pretty pot. This was a gift to someone else so was unable to exchange.Also shipping date kept getting moved out so did not get delivered in time for the birthday.
