Great for restless legs
Am giving 3 stars so far as I have just started this. Am a fibromyalgia sufferer and been advised magnesium helps restless leg and cramps. Have noticed a change In my sleeping pattern which is good

High quality ingredients, low price
I spend a lot of time in the gym, so I tend to take high doses of magnesium to help with recovery sleep. These capsules are 300mg each so they’re perfect for me. High quality ingredients, high magnesium concentration, low price. Couldn’t be happier.

High quality, reasonable price - recommend
Been taking these for a little while and thoroughly impressed with the results thus far. I had been looking for a reasonably priced (without being high street rubbish) but high quality magnesium supp for a while but struggled to find something I was happy with. The packaging is great (unlike many other brands I don't have to hide it in the back of the cupboard and forget to take it), the pills are easy to swallow and I've been feeling more energetic. Nothing to not like really. Recommend.
