I just started taking these so I’ll have to update my review but so far I love them. They help with my digestive issues, my skin looks great, there’s no taste, they perform as intended, and I do not mix them with anything. I take them with a lot of water which is helpful. I will come back to review once the bottle is gone.

Only bought it after seeing a tick tok video saying it helps flatten your gut. It really did. Don't feel bloated and darn if I don't feel better. And all within a couple of days. Amazing. I initially brought this product to help my insides feel better, but I have not seen any results for that in the past two months. I don’t think it hurts to take it however I don’t really notice a difference with my health, benefits nor energy.
